Hello, hi, hiya, Hey.

So, I’ve always wanted to start a blog, however was never sure who I wanted to read it. Well, thanks to my Instagram itsafamilylife_ it gave me the idea to have a brutally honest & hopefully rather humours updates to my parenting, pregnancy & lifestyle.

I guess to start I should let you know who you’ve decided to bore yourself reading. I’m Sophie, I’m currently 22 and pregnant with my second crotch dropling. My first is coming up on two, and is the most dramatic, yet comical wee girl I could potentially have ever met.

On Instagram my daughter is referred to as princess, I don’t feel like that suits her. She’s amazing and she makes me laugh all the time, but if anything she is more like Satan. I think for the sake of not being confused especially if you’ve travelled over from my Instagram we will stick to calling her princess. This is in all honesty because I feel it’s important at times we protect our children and by not naming them all over an open site, is one way I chose to do so.

I’m pregnant with baby no. 2 which might be the topic of a lot of my blog posts until he is born. Although, I’ll try to ensure I add a good mix. Our prince is due in April 2020 and that’s our last. It’s bittersweet knowing that every baby thing you do is the last. I’ll never buy a new travel system, or decorate a nursery until my children themselves are old enough to be giving me grandchildren. There I go, thinking too faaaaar into the future. It’s something my husband always tells me to stop doing!

For now, I’m going to leave you with this rather awful first blog post. I’m hoping that with the rest of my posts alone you will really get to know me even better.
